has anyone tried to get the daily chance from Rubella of Bill's Ranch and not be able to even talk to her? i can't get my daily chance and this happens every time. my map keeps saying i can get that daily chance, but its impossible. please help

Well, since his thread doesn't seem active anymore... try sending a message to "mlos" about this (if by the next time you checked this, it isn't fixed already)~

He did fixes for Rubella in a thread here awhile back... and yeah; I think your case is a fixable one~
