Stuck on Wish Tree quest.

All i have to do is talk to Katsumi, but i talk to katsumi and nothing happens

I have the exact same problem. Nothing starts after I talk to Katsumi.

I have that problem too. I've tried going to another server and logging out and back in a while later, but nothing so far worked.

Same problem here. Then after I talked to her, I went back to Rubella thinking that I had to finish her quest first. When I talk to her, a message goes across screen saying that I finished her quest, and then she just keeps telling me to check on Katsumi! Also, my quest log still has the Rubella quest in it, instead of the wish tree one. It's really aggrivating and I've tried different servers and I've been having this issue for almost five days now. -_-;
