Stuck on the ring upgrade quest

Elizabeth dosn't seem to be working and I can't hand ion the completed quest for the upgradeing of my rings.

this quest is still bugged I can't progress at all. I've tried different servers in case it was something else but nope still stuck on it and there is no way I can get rid of the quest.

I'm sort of in the same place.
My game froze up when I went to Trixie.
I reloaded the game & now she won't talk to me.
Elizabeth keeps telling me where the Null Crystal is.
Leon won't speak either.

Seems to be a real problem as if you can't get leon to talk to you it effectively breaks the game, Means you can't progress any further then where you are.

I'm having the same problem. I upgraded my ring, but it doesn't think the quest is finished, so Elizabeth won't let me hand it in.
