Servers won't load at all!

I'm guessing it has to do with the event, but I can't get on, and then I have to wait 2 - 3 minutes just to try and not load on a different sever. Please fix! The event is glitchy but I appreciate it's fun. It's hard to do anything when all your doing to getting ghosts or something and then the server gets clogged. The whole screen freezes, and you have to get off o.o
