- where it happened: Bill's Ranch
- how did it happen: Do Not know, most likely by completing something out of order
- what were you doing when it happened: normal questing, have had this issue for years (no joke)

Ok heres the deal. I think I did a quest or something out of order and now Bill and Rubella both wont talk to me, niehter will purvis. all bill says is thanks for all the help. But I still have the quests to turn in. I dont care about the quests all that much but I would like to at least get them out of my quest log. Please help this has been like this for years, since I first started playing. Got fed up with looking at it.
OK so...no thanks to gaia support...I sort of fixed the issue by getting a quest from logan to talk to bill...then I got another quest from bill that I would have gotten much earlier ha dI been able to turn in the quest in the first place...
Well now I still cant turn in the new quest.
