I can't load the Old Aqueduct

I've been in the loading screen for the past hour.. Getting extremely frustrated by it now..

I had to do some cache clearing and wanted to load all the game zones again, and now this happens. Any help? Please don't even bother suggesting to use another browser... it was working JUST fine before the cache clearing.
