Having some technical difficulties with Active Tasks.

I`m having problems with the quests. I`ve completed the ones in Bills Ranch yet I never got a ring from him. Not to mention the quests from Albert have glitched. I have completed them yet they still show in my Active Tasks. The wishing tree task where you find the locations of the three visions won`t work at all. I`ve stood by the wind mill in Bass`kin Lake I don`t know how many times and the same happens in Old Aqueduct under the stone bridge. The task Olivia's cookies in Barton Town isn`t working as well. I`ve circled around a few times giving them out (Which they didn`t take the cookies) So I returned to her yet she keeps telling me I haven`t completed it. The same happened in Zen Gardens. I did not receive a ring after completing the Tasks.

Can anyone help with this problem ?
Is there by any chance a way to reset my zOMG ?

The only way to get rid of Olivia's cookies is to offer them to the girl guard as a lethal weapon. She'll take them to throw at the animated and that is how you finish that quest up, by returning to Olivia to return the plate.

Other than that I have the same issues with Bill and other characters.

Unfortunately the option of giving the cookies away is the problem.
It doesn't show up.

Oh I had trouble with the wishing tree one when I first started too. I had to get my brother's help for it. The third vision should be the lighthouse at gold beach. As far as the glitched quests other than that, I can't help you out and Gaia fired all the devs that could help out. Hopefully halzy can be hired again on contract.
