I am on the gnome courier quest, and there appears to be a bit of a problem. I started the quest, and found the little blue guys just fine. I go back to Leon, who tells me to get the intelligence report to Carla. The crux of the issues is that the little quest flag for the gnome hasnt gone away, and Carla doesn't have any intelligence speech topic. I've killed a bunch of couriers and haven't gotten any notifications. Not to mention that the quest doesn't even appear on my active tasks and Leon is no longer able to be talked to.

Is there a way to fix this problem, or will I have another glitched quest waiting in my task tab?
