Glitch In PS?

Yeah, I know a lot of others might have gone through this before but I'm going though it right now, am I not the only one? gonk

It always says before I enter, "The door won't open for you. ---" Something like that.

If someone knows how to fix this, I would be very greatful. sweatdrop
