changing level: levels cannot be increased in null chamber

Happens to me all the time.
I think this happen then you suppress your level and then upgrade rings and rise level. Then you can’t restore your level higher than it was before suppression. But of course I can’t guaranty that.
In my case refreshing don’t work, but loging out do.
