Can't click shine, Won't select, nothing!! HELP

The shine in Zen Gardens won't work at all.
When you click it nothing happens Except sometimes "Your Leader is choosing a level, Please wait a moment" But no one is choosing!
I tried different leaders, smaller crew- nothing.
Can anyone please help?
It's very frustrating.

It's possible that your crew leader is clicking "Cancel" on the difficulty selection window. Have you tried being the leader yourself and seeing what happens?

If it's not what Thard said, I have encountered a similar problem where that kept coming up, but the leader claiming he couldn't pick a difficulty~

I noticed that after disbanding, I could choose a difficulty without any hassle... and so could everybody else except one person in the crew (who did have proper access to the quests). So that person basically closed the game window for a few minutes (to actually log out) while we started a run, annd... all was well again~
