Now, if you accept Alastor's quest to meet Kamila in the crypt, she will not activate for you. Someone in the crew that does not have this quest must start her.

I haven't accepted the quest either, but in this thread you can see it from Kenny and Jon's screenshots.

The quest is called Bloodlust, which wasn't the original quest name, and description is "No general quest info available." Step details to complete it is listed as "Unknown".

Searching the shadows is to get attuned to the door in the first room of DMS, which is working fine. When Alastor tells you to oust Kamila do not accept the quest.
