I heard someone else also had the same issue;

Ok so today, I was joining a run with some friends of mine.
They were doing a Green Maze run, in order to get to the 100% room, so we could continue for Kamila.
After clearing a lot of rooms, (I believe it was 19 rooms), we finally got to the 100% room.
We were all happy, but;
Once we got in, we found out everything was cleared. No bats, no counts, no Kamila.
We also couldn't continue our way to the Crypt, since when you normally go through the door, your mouse becomes Gears, so you can teleport to the Crypt. This time, no Gears appeared and so we couldn't continue to the Crypt.
After going back and forth between 100% and Greens, the 100% remained empty.

I hope this glitch can be fixed, since IF this was an attunement run,
the unattuned people couldn't get attuned and we spend a lot of hours to clear the 19 rooms.
Would be really sucky for them, if they wanted to get attuned today, but couldn't.
