Just what the title says. This is to be a place where artists (and non-artists) can mingle and draw each other!
There are some strings attached, however.
RULES!
1. Be nice. (I think this goes without saying.)
2. If you don't intend to draw someone, don't post. If you post and ditch, I'll put you on the naughty list! And that means NO ART FOR YOU, GRINCH!
3. Make conversation. I'm sure we all want to get to know each other here. Conversation also lets people know you're still around. Try to be present, even if you're drawing. I know it can get hectic, but I manage to do it.
4. If you like the art someone makes for you, TIP THEM. Or if you LOVE the art someone makes for you, do something more than tip them. Free art is nice, but we still put time and effort into these things. We don't ask for a lot, but please, it's the holidays.

5. NO COMPLAINING. Not everyone is a Picasso, just be happy you got some art. You may not pick your artist. Whoever ends up below you, ends up below you.
