Here are the achievements available:

Snowball Hero: hit other people 500 times with snowballs

Frozen Solid: get yourself hit 500 times with snowballs

Oh yeah, if you are a masochist you can try to get this one as well
Caroling Champ: collect all eight items from Caroling.

~ Each snowball costs 50 gold and you'll have to buy around 700 to be fully loaded for the snowball fight (or so I'm told)
If you make 50 hits you'll get Holiday 2k13 Snowjack and if you get hit 50 times Holiday 2k13 Snowbunny

If you are also working on
- Conversationalist - making 1000 posts in the Forums.
or maybe
- Elocutionist - making 10,000 posts on the Gaia forums.
