I don't even remember.
Actually photoshop I think or whatevers attached to it, image ready or something.

But I just found a gif I wanted, used a gif splitter to split up the frames, and drew over each one in photoshop XP

it's actually quite tedious and annoying lol, but I wanted them.

the dansen one was only about 9 frames, but thats pretty much 9 small little drawings I gotta do and that's annoying lol.
