SmackJeeves is a pretty nice one. There's also ComicGenesis, but you don't get as much exposure with that one. It's also rather old. Another is one is DrunkDuck, but the problem I find with that one is that their password retrieval system is broken. I forgot what my username was, so I couldn't recover it since it doesn't properly send an email.

There's plenty more options, but those are the ones I've tried so far.

Here's an example of what can be done with SmackJeeves if you know what to do with your layout. I'm still working on my layout, so it's kind of ugly. xd Going to work on header art and whatnot.
