Can't Carol at the Shops! :(

I'm a (relatively) new member and for some reason I'm not able to go caroling at the shops. At first it would be that simply nothing would happen and now at all the shops I get the message "I've heard that one before. Why don't you try caroling at another store?"

I've completed the shop quests and I haven't gotten any of the caroling items.

Is there any way to fix this?

usually if it tells you to carol at another store, you've missed one. Maybe try clicking through the list again to make sure?

Yeah. Or you can check the bug report forum to see if anyone's having similar issues (and if so, what they did).
