"...And I realized he was the one who came in before."
Le-Le put a hand on her pocket, where the thing inside had started to stir. She rubbed it through the fabric, hoping nobody would ask.
"And I stared at him, as he stood there, laughing. I remembered how he had marked my beautiful little sister's face, permanently disfiguring her forever. And I wanted him to know that he would have to pay. 'We're making an army,' he said. 'We're leading an army to overthrow the silly humans and you pesty vampires. I'm their only hope- me and my companion.' He smiled then and reached into his pocket." Le-Le stopped then, wondering how to explain.
"Continue, please." Member Ranes requested.
"And he pulled out a werewolf pup."

The Life of Le-Le Vampire Part 5
"...And he pulled out a werewolf pup."
There was an instant outcry from the Vampire Council.
"He pulled out a pup?!?!" Member Ranes cried.
Master Blusc shouted, "But the werewolves haven't had pups in centuries! They keep their kind going by biting innocent humans!"
"SILENCE!" Thundered Lord Hezzly. "Let my daughter speak! The next one to hinder her shall be thrown into the dungeon for a century! Understand?!"
The room grew suddenly silent. Le-Le felt her pocket stir again- she had to explain before they found out for themselves.
"He said that he was their last hope- if he, Ari, couldn't take over the Hezzly Clan, he would die before the sun rose. He would do anything to stay alive. 'So forgive me if I mercilessly kill you.' he said, laughing. That was when I stabbed him."
Le-Le grew quiet as that sunk in. The Council stared at her.
"And the pup, it looked up at me and a tear ran down its little face. 'He was my father' a voice in my head whispered. 'I love him. No-one else in my clan will take me. They don't understand that I could save them. They would leave me to die. Please- let me die here.'
"But I took him in my arms and carried him back up to the castle. I've read up on it- if you rescue a pup and they grow up in an alternate society, they can control their transformations. He could act as a liaison to the werewolves for us."
Le-Le slowly reached into her pocket and pulled out the pup.
"His name is Adalwolf."
