Welcome to Writer Selbe's writing contest: Don't Hide What's Inside—a competition where all entries have a plot based around homosexuals/bisexuals/trans-sexuals/etc.

Read all of the rules, check it out, and have fun!

We gotta have 'em, even if you don't want 'em. I mean, who doesn't need rules? They keep everything in order, so here's how it's gonna be:

1. Be nice to everyone. Cat fights will result in the appearance of me, a judge, or one of my little helpers, and you don't want that. We're all good people here.

2. Plagiarism—Don't do it. You get caught and you're out of the contest and the writer you plagiarized will be notified of your actions—yes, if you steal work from Stephenie Meyer, I will notify her of it somehow.

3. Don't post inappropriate messages. I understand if it's your story that you're posting, and I already stated above the warnings you need to include, but don't say inappropriate crap. Just don't.

4. Accept critique graciously. You asked for a critique and you got it. Accept it and work to improve. Extremely annoying complaints about critiques will get you banned.

5. Don't beg. This is a contest, not a charity. If you want to write, then enter. If you want gold, head over to the exchange. To beg is to ban.

Well, hopefully I won't have to ban anyone, but just behave.

Here's how you're gonna give me your entry and all the requirements. Any other way and you're outta here—well, maybe just a warning instead. But still. Read this.

Requirements:

Minimum Word Count—750

Maximum—3,500

Content Regulations—I don't mind graphic material, but some people do, so here's how it has to be. Anything with excessive groping or sexual content should have a warning at the top in bold for mature, and entries with less graphic material that is still somewhat explicit should have a PG-13 warning in bold. Other than that, do what you want.

On Another Note....—A story about a girl whose best friend just happens to be gay doesn't count unless the story is about the girl's emotions/trials/etc with her friend's homosexuality. Make sure that what you write is the absolute best it can be.

How To Submit—Entries are to be posted in the thread. When submitting an entry, quote the post at the bottom of the page that says, "Quote here~!"

The deadline for this contest is February 4th, 11:59 PM and judging lasts until February 18th at an indefinite time.

Have fun~!

This is the section for donators and all-around good people, whether they're the nice entrants who stick around and nicely critique others or the ones who help me out occasionally with the contest.

I just thought I'd introduce the attractive mule for our contest. Here he is:

He just looks like a sensitive sort of guy.
