Well I know it has to be formatted like real Diary pages, but, the entry form asked for a title. Are we allowed to title it "Diary of __"

You can title it anywhere you want.

Also, I suggest putting the banner up in the guild somewhere so people can use it if they wanna. ^^ That's just my suggestion, though.
