I began writing this story a long time ago. Life got busy and I stopped, but I've been considering picking it up again. It's a romance/mystery/drama concerning a young Veronica, who has some suitors to choose from, and they're all quite interesting. It's told in first person. The introduction is strongly recommended, although not necessary.

Any comments/ratings appreciated, and I'm willing to C4C (comment for comment). I did have a few fans of this story before I stopped writing. I'm trying to see if I should continue writing.

I love your diction in the story - it matches the language of the time period you are trying to capture. No doubt you have some skillz, girl. There are a few grammer errors which are easily fixable and a few spots where you became repetative. Even with that, it is still a good story. I read from the introduction to about 1/3 into chapter 2 and stopped because I, personally, need a lot more to get my attention (again that is just me). I have yet to get the mystery of the story. I didn't feel the secretive enchanment that usually comes with stories in this time period. I can clearly see that others have been enchanted, though. I feel like you have something here whether you pick it up again or not.
