Kimberly's parent's are idiots. You ALWAYS check out the house you intend to buy first.

You leave out words.

How can she not get out? If I got stuck in my house and nothing would open, a large object oud break windows, a screwdriver would take hinges off, and it just takes a hammer and twenty minutes (at most) to break through most walls.

How'd she learn of the past with only the housekeeper around?

What's the housekeeper doing? Most would want to leave after an unexplainable murder.

Where's the police?

That's one not-so-well-guarded secret if she can find that out just by being in the damn house for a while.

Pretty generic plot.

U'll have to read the book for ur questions to be answered....the book type is fantasy, thiller, mystery, horror.when my book is published (dont know when) u'll find out what happened to kimberly, the mystery the covey family hid,how kimberly solves it, and y the housekeeper is still there.

Ehh seems pretty cliched to me.

Not to mention the characters are idiots for buying and moving into a house they knew nothing about.

And it doesn't seem that hard for Kimberly to leave; all she has to do is open the door, take three steps, and poof, end of story.
