It was pretty good.
My main complaint is the subject has been used before, but I overlooked that because you wrote it in a very emotional way.
I'm not sure if I like that the little boy came back to them and left them a note. It seems..too unreal, and sort of predictable. I dunno..This is just me mumbling.

It wasn't bad but there were a few things I think could have been added (mostly just more descriptions - about the boy, the house, the couple, etc.)
That aside, I must admit, I giggled when Maxwell called the angels "Birdies." It was just too adorable.
All in all, it was pretty good.

Yeah, not bad. Not bad at all. Although, one thing that bugged me a bit was how you used ‘he chuckled’ twice - Once in line 9, and another time just 6 lines below. But that’s really about it. wink
