I need help with quality of writing.

ok, so i turned in my background information and i need to do corrections. he gave me a zero on quality of writing. my dad went over it and said everything was correct. and i am a good writer. so how am i suppose to correct it? also he gave me a zero in sources cited correctly. i cited them the best i could,because the websites didnt give me everything needed to cite it properly. can someone help me?
