I'm pretty sure you could, but you would have to have the curved part of the hook-like object very sharp so you could break through the tissue. For the second, I'm pretty sure she would knock herself unconcious before she could get to her brain. You might could try having one of those things that they used to behead ppl with in the room with her, she could chop off the top of her skull and I think she would have at least a couple of seconds before she died.

Pulling out reproductive organs could prove to be a very painful form of torture. Especially if the woman lives through it somehow and doesn't bleed to death or something.

I think she'd go into shock, at the very least...

Just 'cause I'm curious, why is she trying to open her skull?

Because she's been kidnapped by people who like to torture people, and a small device is implanted in the brains of certain people so that if they're away from their 'owner' too long the device activates, and causes malfunctions in their brain and makes them go crazy and hurt them selves...and she becomes aware of the device in her brain.

I'd recommend studying up on a bit of neurology for that. ninja It depends on where the device is, specifically... the parts of the brain that could elicit this response, I'm thinking, are located around the center to base of the brain. The amygdala, I would think, would be a good place. In which case, I think the temple might be the best place for her to drill... I think the bone has slightly less integrity in that area.

... Again, this is remembered from classes and study, so I'm not guaranteeing 100% accuracy. n___n; My school is cheap and teaches me off powerpoint slides... heh.

Well, the thing is that she's not completely aware on it's location. She just knows it's there, and is desperate to remove it and not in the right state of mine to even think what she'll be doing to her brain, or even that she's going to die if she does it.

Wouldn't there be scar tissue from the area it was originally implanted?

It takes a long time for a bone to heal... if they stuck something in her head (unless they went through the nose or ear?), I think she'd know where they put it unless she was in a coma for several months after the operation.

I think you would go with the screw idea and make it slightly unclear where she is digging at in her brain. She would be in a lot of pain from breaking her own skull open and bleeding but I'm pretty sure you can stay alive with a cracked skull for a while but she would most likely do brain damage or kill herself while digging in her brain.

Hook? No. But just about anywhere in the body can be reached with the properly applied force.

And no, she would become unconscious from that much blunt force before her head ever cracked open, it's the body's way of protecting itself from going into shock. She'd have to ask someone to do it for her.

Hook to v****a to pull out intestines?
Realistically, no. You'd have to gut out everything in there, vital organs included, and then fish around like crazy to find the intestines.
The "cut open through abdomen" tactic is much easier.
'Course, if she's trying an abortion, coat hanger works - the internal bleeding from that would kill her sooner rather than later if she refuses medical treatment.

Bashing head to rid self of brain implant?
The best thing I can think of - thinking as a deranged, paranoid and desperate woman - is for her to smash her head against a corner of a table or cabinet.
The corner makes more sense for cutting her skull open rather than bashing it blindly on a flat surface.
Or, if she has some sort of tool like a pencil/knife/crowbar, she could attempt to pry her skull open. But I'm sure she'd go into severe shock and die within seconds of splitting her skull open and exposing her brain to open air.

I don't find pulling intestines out of your v****a realistic.. Ehhh though, if I remember correctly, the intestines can get out of your a**?
Although even if it was from the a**, I'm not sure if you can "pull" it out. It'd be more like suck it out? A very strong suction?
I could be wrong, I just remember hearing from someone that it's possible intestines can get out of your a**.
