TWO Disturbing questions

I was wondering if it is possible for intestines to be pulled out via the v****a, using hook like tools...

Can someone answer as quickly as possible D: I'm into my writing rhythm and when I'm in it, if I stop for a while it's hard to get back to writing again and there hasn't even been an update since June.
OKAY Question two:
A scene will soon take place in which a woman tries to open up her own skull.
I plan on her beating her head off of the ground until the skull cracks. Then, digging into her brain. I'm sure she wouldn't live long, but how long do you think she'd have? And, is this possible?

The "third hole" in which urine passes is connected to the bladder, but that's different.

But if you must, cut up through the vaginal wall and forcibly pull some organs out.

Well, I was thinking using a hook, pushing inside the walls until it reaches the intestines and then pulled out. Though, I suck with anatomy...so I'm not sure if that's possible. But that's pretty much what you just said, right? >>

Pulling out reproductive organs could prove to be a very painful form of torture. Especially if the woman lives through it somehow and doesn't bleed to death or something.

@ OP: Try looking at anatomical illustrations, and visualising the angle at which you intend this hook to penetrate. Where would it skewer first? How hard is it being shoved there, is it being twisted... whats' the attackers' aim, to get the intestines or purely to torment?

The average v****a is about 4 inches deep. You can't reach the intestines through the v****a. ^^;;

However, you could conceivably have the tools go ripping through and grab the intestines, but there's the risk of her dying of internal bleeding somewhere along the line. Depends on how long you want her alive. >.>;;;

Well, I planned on the hook being shoved into the v****a. It's a long pole, with a slightly small hook on the end. Not huge so it penetrates her abdomen. It'd be pushed in there quite hard.
But really, I'm not actually writing that portion. I'm writing the after effect-what was found after it was done. I just want to know if it's possible. But if it helps, the attacker's aim was to torment her.

I think if we're talking a brute force attack, maybe they could get them out quickly enough. ninja ... I wouldn't bank on her living long enough though for the attacker to 'enjoy' this much though. Depending on the dimensions of the weapons and the violence behind it... again, though, I'm no anatomy expert.

Ooh... speaking as someone studying psychology and neurology, I'm 99% sure she'd knock herself unconscious before she could proceed- With hard impacts, the brains' natural cushioning mechanism of the cerebral fluids aren't going to be enough to prevent sufficient addling of the cerebrum to let her maintain consciousness.

She'd have better luck using something to cut into her skull- a drill of some sort?
