Villains have white hair too. This can either be because he is albino and albinism is
creepy/ugly, or alternately, you intend for him to be attractive and liked despite his villain status--everyone loves a white-haired prettyboy. Only the ugly white-haired people will ever be stated to be actually albino; the attractive ones often have different excuses (like being a vampire or demon).
Albinos have red eyes. They do not just look that way in pictures because of the flash just like pigmented eyes do; they are red even in realtime. Albinism also means a total lack of pigment everywhere on the body because there is only one type, and the only symptom is the lack of pigment. No vision problems or photosensitivity or anything, which is curious because you would think that the lack of melanin would do something more than just turn you pale...

Not to mention that green hair belongs only to nature spirits. People like druids and dryads. And these people have a unrealistic control over plantlife. Like they can make a giant tree appear from nowhere, with no seeds to grow it or anything.
((I've seen this
done right. (Warning for female nudity, but it's that Discovery Channel Documentary sort of nudity you hardly even notice after the initial "hey that girl isn't wearing a shirt." ) The character's nature power causes
moss to take hold and grow in her hair, which makes it green. She is naturally sandy blonde.))
