Conversely, necromancers or evil wizards who play with undead things are always male.

Well, no, not really. He must continuously threaten to rape/molest her, but something must get in the way of him ever actually doing it, so that the hero may rescue her. She can't be anything but a virgin, and certainly not a rape victim, for the hero. Unless it's played for angst, of course.
