Okay, I think I'm set now. Got my spaghetti sauce in the slow cooker, a nice cool glass of chocolate milk. Let's see how far I can get in the next little while (especially if the little one goes down for a nap....).

I finally managed to catch up today after consistantly being behind by a few hundred words each day for the past three days.

If you count all the RP posts I've been making then I am storming ahead. But I can't because it's nothing to do with my novel.

So currently I am on 8548 words.

If only RP posts counted! I'd be well ahead of the daily quotas, and then some. It's nice to shift gears from NaNo writing to RPing though. 3nodding

Shirk Schnitzel: Yep, homemade! Already smells good. And there's a lot. I'd love to share. :3

Ah, if only!

I got a question, if I am writing in a different language periodically in my story, should I put that language in italics? Seems like I have seen that done.

Not really important, but just curious.

'If you've heard this story before, don't stop me, because I'd like to hear it again.'
It's probably not completely necessary, but italicizing the different language might help to emphasize it a bit more. Plus, it'd probably look neat too. 3nodding

Urgh...
This is my first time doing NaNo
And I'm barrely over 100 words...
I just started two days ago
But I hit a TOTAL writer's block...
And no inspiration to write.
I LOVE to write and usually have no problem.
But my muse totally ditched me.
*sigh*
And if RP posts counted, I'd have WAY more than just this month's quota...

I'm slowly trudging along, managing to keep up with the daily 'goals!' I also decided to look at the Shout Out forum on the site and freaked out when I saw quite a few people that have reach the 50k mark already and are still chugging along. gonk Do these people do nothing but write during November?

I agree! Congrats on keeping up with the goals though! It's better than me... sweatdrop

Those people do nothing but write ever. Like, they're professional writers.

Ugh. This is me. And my daughter decided to jump off the dining room table and busted her lower lip yesterday, so now I'm distracted as well as uninspired. [I have to keep one damn eye on my little Wonder Woman before she cracks her skull. D:]
