Most likely, by the time they finish (assuming they don't half a** it! Those half-asser!) Their idea's will be different. Normally those noobs that post the 'Don't steal mai idea', have no idea how complex and how much time it takes to develop a story. They don't even know that what they want to put in their story will change. And like srsly, if they didn't want someone to steal their ideas they probably wouldn't post them.
