Most definitely the best writing site that I have happened to stumble across. I am currently a memeber. It has sections for group stories, poetry, artwork, and stories. It is a great site and a wonderful community where everyone helps you improve your work and such. Have fun!

fanstory.com but they charge a fee to post I've found it worth it. Also check out Writer's of the Future. I don't know the exact but I'd google that one.
