I got stuck filming my senior prom half the night for my campus's TV show and had an awkwardly platonical date, and I thought that sucked, but you win.

Stories like that make me wonder why everyone romanticizes high school and proms so much.

My junior & senior proms were nightmarish too. If I could do it all over again I would listen to that little voice that said "Don't go, don't do it!" Instead I listened to my friends, who thought prom would be oh so wonderful if we all went together. Thanks for sharing your prom story.
