That's cute!

I would suggest focusing on anatomy a bit? (For example, thighs are typcially longer than the shins)

Maybe also draw a line for a ledge or something for her to sit on, since she looks like she's floating?

I was thinking of having the background and just color, so the railing and everything, but leaving her outlined for focus...if that makes sense >.>
