Man-Hungry Fairy

This is the first time EVER, that I've worked from a photo for posing. I'm apparently bad at angles, I'm used to portraits, ect, but what ever.
So I know the neck is long and the torso is thin... the right leg looks a little wonky, but that'll be worked out better with color when I bring it to GIMP.
Other than that, I need advice for hands (I some times get em, and other times don't), and other general tips! Thank you!

I think you have a good start on this sketch, but like you said some things do need some work. I totally understand where you're coming from with poses; I mostly focus on portraits myself. For perspective I found this tutorial extremely helpful

As for hands, references are my best friend. I like this tutorial/reference. Sorry this reply is just links to tutorials, but I think all you need is a good reference since you already have an idea of what you would like to do. I hope this helps!
