you should color it and an anime nose and the right leg looks odd. try to use the human body to help you out.

Legend Of Zelda
Her right leg looks really confusing. Fore-shortening is difficult. Try finding a reference if it'll help you out. :3 Also, her left ear sticks out more than the right.

ummm the left leg's knee is wayy to high, thats my opinnion, keep workin on it and it will look fantastic biggrin

I do agree that her right leg looks rather odd and her ears could be a little more even. The horns need to me more to the front of her head not the back. You'll also might want to look and her body shape. The waist needs to be a bit more smaller and her chest could use a little fixing. Trust me, I have been drawing sense I was two-years-old and draw anime, realistic, fantasy, comics, and a lot more. But it does look good. Good luck!

Well, the shading looks quite well done, though the anatomy overall could use just a bit of work.
Her leg doesnt seems to look right

Not bad. I think the biggest thing you're lacking is just some anatomical understanding and structure. So study would be a good place to start. Since you have some animal like elements you should look at animals too. Bat wings, antelopes, crocodiles, the things that apply to your design. The markings on the face need to go with the flow of the face. Take into account the fat and bone that makes the face.

Dont ever hide the hands..... It's bad. Construct these using basic shapes, think of the body as boxes or cylinders, this makes it very easy to see how the body lies in space.

Hope I helped!!!!

You might want to redo the image using a charcoal pencil instead of a graphite pencil. I find using charcoals creates a more dynamic effect with drawings.
