I think it's pretty obvious she's lying on the grass, with her foot close in the camera. So with that in mind the most immediate thing would be the foot. Unless she has very small feet (at which point I'd immediately be inclined to think her physical frame is small too and thus it's not really debatable since her foot would still have the same proportion to the rest of her body) then the boot should come further up. Now from my judgement, I'd say roughly where her knee is (reaching the top of the knee).
That also means you need to make it a bit wider aswell. Since her foot seems pretty close to the camera, this would really help the perspective and forehortening look right.
I'm going by the fact that it's a she from the bulge near her chest. She seems to be wearing something underneath her red top, and that the black thing seems pretty tight. So I think her reast is moving too much to look right in conjunction with her clothing. Also, with the high visibility of the one brast, the other is nearly invisible. Try and make them stand out roughly the same as each other. Especially because they are both under what seems ot be a pretty tight black tub top or something to that extent.
So the amount of bulge should be very close to each other. This also means you should pull that left boob inwards, make it much more central to her chest and make it very round from the pressure of gravity and her clothes.
The reason her hands seem big, is because her arms are too small ^_^;
The elbow joint shuuld reach the navel and hers certainly don't. Her navel should be roughly situated under where her knee is (that is, behind it, blocked by the knee) and so her elbowss should be further along the arm than they are. And with that in mind, her fore-arms should be longer because the upper arm will be. The fore-arm is always as long as the upper arm, from wrist to middle of shoulder.
Another fault - ;_; sorry, I am almost totally reconstructing your image, I fully understand if you wish to beat me over the head with something pointy and metally - but her right eye (our left) it too far from the nose. And her left (our right) it too close XD
The nose shuld be center aligned vertically in the middle of the face. Each eye should be roouughly ONE eye length from each other. SO with that in mind, you can see how the eyes are pretty off as a whole.
But with all that in mind, you seem to have pretty much finalised her ^^;;; About the only thing that you could change with least problems would be her boot, the arms would be amajor problem as all this seems to be on the same layer.
But you can keep these things in mind for future drawing.
As for my opinion on the picture, I find it very cute. It looks like a 1.44meg diskette she's holding in her hand to me but I don't think it's meant to be, but if it is I find that kind of amusing. Given the fact she seems to be outsid eon the grass ^^
I think the hair is nicely done with the strong fading highlights, and the linework around the face is nice. Very cute girl ^^. I especially like her belt-choker, really awesome!
