The Seamstress - I have no idea what hairstyle to give her

Her head's a bit on the big side because I made her shoulders too narrow. I'm going to fix that. I think mostly her left, our right, shoulder is a bit short. I'll widen that one a bit more than the one on our left.
But here's the update. Not even close to done yet but it's progress.
How's it look so far?

Edit: one of the layers was hidden. XD oops. Fixed.

I combined two of them. I think I like it.
I'm going to put some sewing-related objects threaded through her hair and make the hair maybe a bit messier. I'll fix the hair and make it more.. hair like as I go. XD

Those are all really good suggestions.
I already just kinda did some experimental hair-styles before I read your suggestions.

Here are the first three hairstyles. I just quickly scribbled them on since I'm only experimenting to forgive the messiness or like disproportionate -ness.









I'm thinking I really should stick to the red tones though. Not blue.
But it was worth a shot. XD


But I'm going to scribble a few more hair styles but tell me if there's any bit of these that I should keep in mind please. biggrin

Also I am intending to add more than hair to this picture before it's done. More sewing stuff to make it more a theme rather than a random item in her mouth. lol
I'm just doing hair first so I can see what suits the picture after that.

So there's my thought.
I think black hair, personally. But it's YOUR art.
She seems kind of cooky, or quirky. Off. So something that foes like that?

I don't know about a cut, but I think you should go with dark hair.

At first I planned for it to be down and just frame her face but that doesn't seem to suit her now.
