Requesting advice // criticism

Greetings.
I've been working on a water colour painting for a bit now,
and now halfway done I am not sure if I should continue
or scrap it. It is rather frustrating. So I have come to
you the people of Art Discussion, for help. I would
appreciate any critic or suggestion on what I could
do to make this piece look decent, or if I should burn
it now and stop future agony.

Either her hood is too high or it is too flat on the side (you should probably "bump" the back of the hood covering her back head)

Also picture post would be more adequate.

It looks like you're pretty much done. You can work the eyes, eyebrows, and hair a little more, but too much more with be overkill.

i love this style
i think you should make the left side (her right) hair go over her eyes a little ++ add stray hairs as well.
