Procrastinating - Need help making a list of goals

I've procrastinated on this for EVER. I really want to finish it already, but I always find myself touching up a little bit then closing it for another week.

Please help me compile a list of things I should complete. I want to make it like a goal sheet so everytime I open it up, I complete a goal.

Depending on how fast this thread gets responses, I'll update the thread with the work in progress accordingly. So if I get a reasonable amount of goals off this first one, I'll likely update the prgoress pic sooner than later.

Since no one's given me any advice yet, I'll start listing what I'm working on here:

1. Clean right arm up: Blotchy lines and shape a little distorted due to variance in my linework. Few dead pixels not picked up when coloring with select range.
2. Clean linework on hair/Color hair lines
3. Fix up left pasty.
4. Heavy work on left arm
5. Detail hair acc

Here's where it's at so far, help me break this down so I stop procrastinating:

Cleaned and colored the lines of the right pasty.
Cleaned a few lines on the arm; still needs major work, but I'm not as bothered by it anymore.
