hips are messed up as well. I don't see any breasts, just a mass os flesh.. you might want to add some more definition(a lot). The hips on down are turned more towards the viewer then the upper part of the body. The upper body is at a profile stance while the bottom is not.

Yeah, the fingers look really... fluid-like. Maybe give more definition to those. Also, I noticed the kitty ears are kinda... off. One looks farther back than the other. But it's a really good sketch, seriously.
