His mouth reminds me of a Who from Whoville.
Maybe lips and the nose need work, make it look more like a human. He looks a little cross-eyed.
Also his teeth kind of resemble rabbit teeth. Look at some pictures of teeth and try to get a natural effect.
I know you're not done, so the final product will look swell!
