No point reiterating what others are saying about finger positioning, but I also noticed that the back of the hand seems to bend before it branches into fingers. This might be one of the big issues you're having with it. If you look at your own hand and practice stretching and flexing the muscles, you'll find that the top line of the hand actually changes very little - remember that we have solid bones running to each of our fingers there, so the palm/back of our hand is straight save for the movement of our skin and muscle.
I feel your pain, though. I struggle with placing correct-looking hands on drawings of people, even though I seem to do fine studying them independently.

I think I'm going to redo the hand and practice some more pictures and poses,
I've been practicing a bit on my hands so hopefully i can fix it
