For hands, I take pictures and/or use my hands as models. Not that mine are very good anyways. But it looks good! ^.^

Thats what she said hahaha sorry for that anyways its awesome I wish I can go through with my drawings I thInk they suck haha but its awesome if u need help with hands remember that hands arent like paper but round so shading helps but got to manga university or a mark crilly video on YouTube it helps alot

Look at the hand in your drawing. Do you really believe a real hand could do anything near that? It is bent in an awkward place and it has lost all of its depth and anatomy somehow. Go on Google images (or DA, or a number of other sites) and find a picture of a hand sideways. Study it. Learn what it looks like, how it works (since you can't use yours for whatever reason). Rinse and repeat on a new hand.
As for the rest, the lines are a bit..sharp. I'm all for clean and clear, but for one, her hair that she's holding or whatever, at the tip? It's sharper than the tips of the horns.
I'm sure I missed some things, but hope that helped some.
(If I did give some sort of misinformation please no one eat me. :c It's 7am.)
