My character's (an improvement of my avatar) real name is Krynn (yes it's a boys name) and i hope to use hime in a story i'm writing, he is twelve years old and very lanky, he's one of the decendents of a captured terran exploration vessel whos occupants were genetically altered by a race called the Kroyan and left stranded on a deserted jungle planet. Krynn is not actually covered completley in fur, the fur only goes as far as his waist, with the extra fuzzies on his stomach, since the 'settlers' feel ashamed of their alterations they only use clothes to cover the affected areas of their body, this in brief is a bio about my avi Krynn (B1ad3_k1n6 is only my log in name i would change it to Krynn if i could)

i like it! STOMACH FUZZIES! mrgreen the stripes are an excellent touch. his head may be a wee bit big, but i'm no good at anatomy or cc so... blah to that. i loooove his chest and his arm. and his pant folds. heart

update, on my progress:

does anyone else think his right hand is odd?
oh, and here is a poem i gonna have on the finished product:

Where now?
i stand at the edge.
before me lies a path,
shall i go?
I have traveled this way for so long now it seems
the flag of my life hangs limp as i stand.
whatis it all for?
This road, this life, is there nothing more?
one tear falls...
don't.....i look around
behind me i see my former self, it waves as it leaves
why?
why go on?
because i must, because there is somthing more
the flag flutters on my staff
this adventure is not yet over.
this path will end
but not yet, not here
and if i slip, help me up again
and i will carry on
the flag is flapping fast and strong now
i square my shoulders
raise my head
and step onward once again

I mixed the background with other photos because my drawings cannot be scanned.
When I am able I shall get a scanner.

The form is out of proportion sir...and the right hand is larger than the other.

yes, i see your point. his arm is a little longer than his left. other than that, i think it is a very, very, very, very....very, very good side profile.
