Mermaid WIP

Drawing a mermaid. this is actually my first attempt at one... which now that i think of it... is odd. i am also going to do something i dont do; which is color this on Photoshop O.O. im scared. i know the hands and her left arm are off. so imma edit that bit before coloring and update this as I go.

When drawing mermaids, I think you should keep in mind the general direction of the legs. As is, it looks like the legs get twisted at the knee (see A). So either her torso needs to be straightened out to follow the general direction of the legs (see B) or her tail goes in the other direction (see C). Also, if you keep her torso in the general tilt that it's in, the curve should be less severe and a bit more extended.
