Is this drawing good?

I'm new to the whole gaia art thing
but I like to draw and figured it'd be fun :3
Here is the first picture I've done of someone's avatar

It's not as good as I could do, it's kinda like a rough draft.
And I had to use my webcam to take the picture..and it's quality is horrible as you can see.
But any criticism would be appreciated thank you.
