	I don't do anime...anyhways. I had some fun drawing with pastels, crits, ayone? harsh as you want, i'm open. 	i like the first 1 the best...it is hard to work with pastels, at least for me it is anyway.

	Your drawings are nice, but you don't seem to be using the medium for what it's meant for. Pastels are meant to be smudgy and messy so that you can get paint-like results. While using outlines is still okay for your style, using such bold ones with little blending tends to make it look more like crayon than pastel-- and crayon isn't a very good look. If you want to continue with the style you've got, I think it would be more effective to use color pencils or markers. If you're dead-set on pastels, try doing some shading exercises-- gradients, blending colors, spheres with different light sources, etc.

	Okay, finally got them to load! First of all. . . Perhaps you haven't noticed, but Flash's right leg is on backwards. . .O_____O;; And ditto for what Ishrie said. It looks like you're using crayons. I'm absolutely terrible with pastels, myself. . . Though I have seen good crayon work before! :'D Oil pastels (er, that's what you're using right?) are meant to look sort of like oil paints. . .
