Critique these twin boys please?

So first picture I started working on.. after my concussion. Its way different than what I normally tend to draw.
Needless to say... I kinda stink.. but I get art lessons in June- so I suppose its all good ^.^

First, I would like to point out that their hands are backwards, and also, do you want a red-line?

The first thing I noticed was their mouths. The make it look like they both inherited some kind of jaw bone disorder or something. 'Ya know?

Then for the one on the right, I would either try to make it more obvious that the body's facing more towards the viewers, or make his head at less of an angle! This way his neck doesn't look broken!

And then, as was already mentioned, the hands a kinda backwards. xp

I have this horrible habbit of drawing hands backwards >.<
A quick explanation of the issues would work, since I know red lining can take some time ^.^'
