Nice work so far. =) The main thing I notice is that the left side of front guy's face seems to shrink at the nose and eye. The left nostril is higher/smaller than the right despite being a basically front-on shot, and his left (our right) eye looks squinted. If it's meant to be squinted a bit, make sure things like the brows and wrinkles in the eyelids reflect this so it doesn't look like a sizing mistake.
